Recovery rarely needs a nurse alone. After a stroke, a fall or a joint replacement, therapy is often what gets someone walking to the mailbox again.
When the physician orders it, we coordinate therapy visits under the same care plan as nursing. Everyone who comes to the home knows the goals, and progress is shared with the doctor.
Our nurses provide physical, occupational and speech therapy in homes across the San Fernando Valley, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita and Valencia, and the Westside from Brentwood to Bel Air.

Do therapists come to the house?
Yes. Home health therapy happens in the home, where the patient actually needs to function.
How long does therapy last?
It depends on progress and the physician's orders. Goals are set at the start and reviewed regularly.
Is therapy covered by Medicare?
Medicare home health can cover therapy when it is medically necessary and the patient qualifies. We verify benefits first.
