Based in Canoga Park, serving greater Los Angeles
Many infusions that once kept people in the hospital can be given safely at home. Finishing a course of IV antibiotics in your own bed is easier on the patient and the family, and it frees up the hospital stay for when it's truly needed.
Our nurses coordinate with the prescribing physician and the infusion pharmacy, start or manage the line, give the infusion, and teach patients and caregivers what to watch for between visits.
Our nurses provide iv therapy in homes across the San Fernando Valley, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita and Valencia, and the Westside from Brentwood to Bel Air.

What's included
Scheduled doses with monitoring for reactions and line problems.
Fluids and other prescribed IV medications given per physician order.
PICC, midline and implanted port flushing, dressing changes and site checks.
Blood draws for drug levels and kidney function, sent to the lab the doctor uses.
Who it helps
Patients finishing IV treatment after discharge, people with central lines, and anyone whose doctor has ordered home infusion.
All skilled services require a physician's order. If you don't have one yet, contact our office and we can reach out to the doctor for you. See how Medicare and insurance coverage works.
FAQ
An infusion pharmacy usually dispenses the medication and supplies. We coordinate with them and the physician so deliveries line up with visits.
Call our office. A nurse will troubleshoot by phone and visit if needed. Never force a flush into a blocked line.
With proper orders, training and monitoring, home infusion is a common and well-established part of care. Your nurse will explain the specific risks of your medication.
