Violet Home Care Agency, Inc. was founded by Aida Karamian, RN, BSN, PHN, to bring careful, nurse-directed care into homes across Los Angeles.
Meet our founder
Aida Karamian, RN, BSN, PHN
Aida is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and California's Public Health Nurse certification. She directs patient care at Violet herself, which means the person setting the standard for every visit is a nurse, not a manager.
Public health nursing looks past the diagnosis to the whole picture at home. Who helps with meals? Are the stairs safe? Can the patient read the pill labels? That wider view shapes how every Violet nurse works.
